A woman was growing impatient with her husband’s frequent trips. A few nights a week, he would go out with his pals, which made her feel resentful and even ignored. She envisioned him having a great time while she stayed at home, and she couldn’t help but wonder why he would pick his friends over her.
She made the decision to face him one day and tell him how disappointed she was with his behavior. Why are you in that pub all the time while you’re not working? She questioned him, “What’s so special about it that you can’t stay at home with me?” The husband grinned, seeing an opportunity to present his viewpoint to her. He immediately invited her to come hang out with him and his friends at the pub for the evening. The woman was ecstatic to be able to see her husband’s activities when he was away.

The wife said, “I guess I’ll have the same as you.”With a nod, the spouse placed an order for two shots of some intensely bitter liquor. He drank his drink all at once as soon as it was delivered, hardly even blinking. The woman watched him, determined to keep up, then picked up her glass.
Raising it to her lips, she took a wary sip. Her face twisted in revulsion as soon as the liquid reached her tongue, and she let out a loud, “Yuck!” That is HORRIBLE! She sputteringly coughed and looked at her husband. She wiped her mouth and shouted, “I don’t know how you can drink this stuff!” So there you have it. and you believe I spend every night having fun?” he exclaimed.
